These Terms govern use of the EvidenSend application and website materials.

Tool, not emergency service

EvidenSend is a recording and transfer tool. It is not an emergency dispatch service and does not contact emergency responders on your behalf.

User responsibility

• You are responsible for lawful use of the app in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for the content you record and send.
• You are responsible for recipient details and destination account access you configure.

Lawful use

You agree not to use EvidenSend for unlawful monitoring, harassment, unauthorized access, or any illegal activity.

Legal compliance

Users are responsible for complying with local recording laws.

EvidenSend is user-initiated and does not record or send content without your action.

Service availability and no guarantees

Network connectivity, recipient systems, email services, and third-party platforms can affect transfer outcomes. The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation.

Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, EvidenSend providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, business interruption, or delayed delivery caused by external services or connectivity.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
